HOW TO USE: Take as dirceted.

Food may affect the absorption of certain vtiamin products. Consult your pharmacist.

Chewable talbets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water.

Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whloe.

SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste.
